Priyanka Chopra has a quite a bit of a reputation as a doting daughter and her latest Twitter post for her mother Madhu Chopra is proof. On Thursday, the 36-year-old actress visited her mother’s house in Mumbai and shared a heart-felt note. Priyanka tweeted, “Emotional night today at my mom’s house. Full of memories… reminders of every victory and heart break. She’s kept everything. It’s like a museum of our family’s life. Love you Ma. Thank you for preserving us.” Needless to say, the picture garnered a lot of love from her fans. Though Madhu Chopra hasn’t responded to the post as of now but we can’t wait to see her reaction.

Priyanka also chanced upon an old photograph of her late father Dr Ashok Chopra and shared it on her Instagram story. She wrote: “My Daddy.. My inspiration. I miss you tonight dad.” Priyanka was extremely close to her father and she lost him to cancer in the year 2013. The actress even sports a tattoo on her wrist that read: “Daddy’s lil girl.”

Madhu Chopra is frequently spotted making public appearances with her daughter. From her beauty pageant days, to her stint on American television, Madhu Chopra was always present at the biggest moments of Priyanka’s career. The mother-daughter duo even co-own a production house named Purple Pebble Pictures, which has produced several regional films.

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra is currently filming The Sky Is Pink alongside Farhan Akhtar. The film is reportedly based on the life of late motivational speaker and author Aisha Chaudhary, who was born with immunodeficiency disorder. Directed by Shonali Bose, the film went on floors earlier this week.
