Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite could be a brand new model in the S10 lineup, if the rumours are true. The S10 Lite was spotted on Geekbench a few days ago, where we learned some key specs about the phone such as a Snapdragon 855 SoC, 8GB of RAM and Android 10. The Galaxy S10 Lite has now reportedly been certified in Brazil by Anatel and the website has also revealed that the phone will house a 4,370mAh battery.

If the certification site lists a Samsung phone with model number SM-G770F, which is the same model that was spotted on Geekbench as well. If this is indeed the Galaxy S10 Lite, then it may just pack the biggest battery in a Galaxy S-series phone yet. To recall, the Galaxy S10+ offers a 4,100mAh battery. Even the Galaxy Note 10+ comes with a 4,300mAh battery.

For a Lite mode, Samsung seems to be offering a pretty massive battery. It is also possible that the battery mentioned is the minimal capacity, so the typical capacity could be even bigger at say 4,500mAh.

The Galaxy S10 Lite is also expected to come with 45W fast charging support much like the Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Again, since the existence of the phone is yet to be confirmed, we advise you to take this leak with a pinch of salt.

Based on the benchmark listing last week, the Galaxy S10 Lite will pack a Snapdragon 855 SoC with 8GB of RAM. It is also believed to come with a tall 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, a 48MP triple camera setup and a 32MP selfie camera. With a 48MP main camera, it looks like Samsung wants to offer a flagship S10 model that is more in tune with current trends. The phone is also said to come in White, Black and Blue colours.

There is no word on when Samsung will announce the Galaxy S10 Lite. Considering it will feature a Snapdragon 855 SoC, it is likely that the phone will launch by the end of 2019 rather than next year.
